WEC VET Awards Evening

Western Edge Cluster VET Awards 2018

On Tuesday 20th November the annual VET Cluster awards ceremony was held at Tabcorp Park. The WEC VET Cluster awards recognise the hard work, dedication and commitments our vocational students show towards their VET program studied. The ceremony was well attended with well over 300 students, families and local businesses and organisations supporting the evening. The College had a number of students nominated and we congratulate the following on their VET nomination and award.

A special congratulations go to Zachery Fisicchia who received our Principals award. Zachery is a Year 12 VCE student who this year also completed the Certificate II in Electrotechnology - Career Start. Zachery was recognized for excelling in Electrotechnology this year.  He is described as a quiet achiever who is always punctual and well prepared for every class. He is respectful of his learning environment, always positive and keen to learn, is a team player and encourages and assists his class mates. Zachery’s work is always of a very high standard and he goes beyond what is asked of him.
