FINBAR’S FASHIONABLE FUNDRAISER INFORMATION
As the Spring Racing Carnival draws close, join us for lunch and a wonderful afternoon on Sunday 14th October for some inspiration! Fashion designers, stylists and a celebrity milliner will share their tips and tricks to help you look your best!
Tickets
Thanks to some generous sponsorships, tickets purchased prior to 1st October have now been reduced to $60 per head. Tickets purchased at the original price will be refunded the difference, please contact the parish office at BrihgtonEast@cam.org.au or 9593 2122. Tickets purchased after 1st October will be $70 per head, so get in early!
TICKET SALES are vital so please keep the ticket purchases coming in to support your parish and make this the wonderful event it is destined to be! Purchase a ticket for yourself, your bestie, your daughter, your, mum or your neighbour. We PROMISE you a wonderful, fun filled fashionable afternoon.
Tickets can be purchased via Try Booking https://www.trybooking.com/XACH but you can also purchase tickets with a Credit Card or Cash by completing one of the Reservation Forms in the foyer and handing in to Bridget at the Presbytery on Tuesdays or Thursdays.
Child Models still needed.
If your child is between 5 & 14 and is interested in being a model for the day, please contact event co-ordinator Corinne on 0414 624 253 to express your interest or find out more details.
The event planning is well under way and has certainly received great support from the community. Below is just a taster of what to expect on the day.

- FASHION RUNWAY SHOW FEATURING BEAUTIFUL SUMMER COLLECTIONS
- KIDS RUNWAY FASHION SHOW
- STYLING PANEL - (TIPS, TRICKS, ADVICE & DEMONSTRATIONS ON HOW AND WHAT TO WEAR FOR SPRING RACING CARNIVAL AND BEYOND)
- MINI MARKET STALLS - (DESIGNERS AND ARTISANS WILL HAVE MINI STALLS WHERE GUESTS CAN PURCHASE WHAT THEY SEE ON THE RUNWAY AND OTHER GORGEOUS ITEMS)
- Delicious Grazing menu (Vegan & Gluten free items included) and Beverage selection
This is a FUNDRAISER, primarily to raise funds for new lighting and a new sound system in the church. As the community has become involved, we are also hoping that you, our parishioners and our School mums, dads and kids will also participate. We still require the following to ensure this event happens and we are able to raise much needed funds for parish works –
RAFFLE & GOODIE BAG ITEMS
We would love some more items to go into our fundraising pool, so if you are able to donate something yourself, or know of anyone with a business who can assist with this, please do, as these items will help to raise the funds.
VOLUNTEER – please contact (Corinne – 0414 624253) and let her know whether you are available to assist her with the planning of the event OR complete one of the forms in the foyer. Corinne is also our Choir Master and sings at Saturday 6pm mass and is normally at each weekday morning mass if you want to speak to her directly.

We welcome the year 1 students and their families to 5pm Mass this Sunday.
