Year 7 Art

During lockdown Year 7 Art students were asked to join the work in the #Gettymuseumchallenge, but using works from Australian galleries. 

Students had to be creative with limited resources whilst at home. Students researched famous Australian Art and selected to recreate their choice themselves, forcing them to be inventive and original and hunt at home.

They have achieved  wonderful and original results. As you can imagine Art Teachers had to reinvent the wheel. We have had students painting with shadows using tea and coffee or cordial to paint with and creating Collages with found materials at home, in the yard and garage.
