Code Camp is Back!!

Once again, we are hosting a school holiday program called Code Camp, where your child can build their very own 3D adventure game or create animated movies! The camp will run from Thursday 7th July to Friday 8th July 2022 in the Junior School Library.

Code Camp has already taught more than 50,000 students in Australia in years 2-7, providing them with important skills such as computational thinking, logic, creativity, user experience, app development and game building in a fun and engaging way.

The Camps Explained

Spark: for students aged 7 - 12

This is our most popular camp which over 50,000 kids have completed so far and where every child aged 7 and above should start their Code Camp journey regardless of their prior coding experience.

New to Spark, code and create your own Minions game! Choose your Minions characters, themed backgrounds and collectibles, and then bring your game to life via drag and drop coding or JavaScript.

YouTube Creators: for students aged 8 - 13

YouTube Creators Camp is for the vloggers, gamers and budding content creators! Kids aged 8 - 13 are invited to harness their creativity and join us for days of planning, storytelling, shooting and video editing. While we can’t promise YouTube Stardom, we’re sure kids will leave with a new lens on-screen time… let’s get them producing and directing their own ideas instead of simply watching other peoples!
