WOW Activities
Our WOW activities have proven very popular with many of our students loving the opportunity to enjoy activities run by our fabulous Year 6 Leaders every Tuesday and Wednesday during lunchtimes. Please see below some photos from last week's Karaoke session, held by our Community Leaders and yesterday there was a fun game of Fruit Salad run by our sports leaders.
Emotion Coaching Webinar
Please see below an invitation to a webinar in regards to emotion coaching. Emotion Coaching is a type of parenting program strongly related to the development of emotional intelligence in children. With emotion coaching, children become better equipped to manage their emotions, and more likely to engage in behaviour that reflects this regulation. This webinar will describe the five steps of Emotion Coaching and provide some real-life examples. It is a sample of the content that is delivered in a longer course titled Tuning In To Kids™.

Senior Clinical Neuropsychologist
DR JESSICA PATTI
Jessica Patti is a Clinical Neuropsychologist with experience working in public, private and educational settings in NSW and Victoria. She specialises in working with children and young people and has experience supporting individuals with brain injury, neurological disorders, developmental disorders, autism, ADHD, medical conditions, mood disorders, learning and behavioural difficulties.
Jessica supports children and young people by completing thorough assessments and providing relevant plans and recommendations for the individual and their family to apply in their home, education and community settings.
Jessica is registered with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency with endorsement in Clinical Neuropsychology and is a member of the Australian Psychological Society.

RELIGIOUS EDUCATION
ST VINCENT DE PAUL WINTER APPEAL
The Year 5 students will lead us in celebrating the Feast of the Sacred Heart Liturgy on the last day of term, Friday 24 June at 12:45pm. We will then also present our donations to St Vincent DePaul.

ST JAMES SACRAMENTAL PROGRAM DATES
In Term 3 the Year 4 students will be participating in the Sacrament of Eucharist Program in preparation for the Eucharist Mass on Saturday 20th of August at St Joan of Arc at 2pm. Prior to the Mass we will hold a parent information session and student reflection day. These dates will be shared towards the end of the term.
Also in Term 3 we will hold reflection evenings for our Foundation, Year 1 & 2 students to celebrate our faith together. These dates will also be shared towards the end of the term

BAPTISM PROGRAM
A program to prepare children for Baptism will be conducted by Carole Cheng at the Bayside Catholic Mission Office, 118 New Street Brighton (next door to St Joan of Arc Church).
A 5 week program, from 4.00pm-4.40pm
Thursdays.... June, 2, 9, 16, 23, 30
Also Fridays...June 3, 19, 17, 24 and July1.
So, a choice of days.
