Reconnecting

Pictured above are members of the Class of 2012 who came to a reunion last month, and they seemed to enjoy themselves ...

Back in May we hosted 70 alumni from the Class of 2017 ... 

... and just last week we welcomed the Class of 2002 to their reunion:

Having planned reunions for the last two years, only to cancel them - perhaps you were invited to one that never happened? - it's a delight to be able to hold events once again.

We're blessed to have a great space in the Community Hub which is perfect for events like this - see overleaf to read about the dedication of the Community Hub - there's also a video if you don't want to read!

So what did those who came think of their reunions?

I was thankful that you let us all catch up and do our own thing. I was disappointed it didn't last longer

Seeing all the people and the effort put into I made it feel like a special event

Enjoyed hearing how people are going, seeing the new facility and realising how great my year level was

Thank you for a wonderful evening and for organising a space for us to reconnect and reminisce on our high school years.

And there's one more alumni event planned for this year, on Saturday 5 November for anyone who completed their schooling at Donvale before 1992. There'll be some great memories shared then, without doubt.
