The Le Page Green TeamĀ

Green Team is calling on all students, families and teachers to start collecting bread bags! Our recycling bins have arrived which means that Le Page Primary can now start collecting points to earn free sports equipment. The bin is set up adjacent to the Library in the BER Ā building. Please make sure that your bread bags are crumb free so that we donā€™t contaminate the recycling process. Weā€™ve already started collecting (thanks Miss Simos & Miss Shellie!) and hope to fill our first box in record time.Ā

We can recycle ANY brand of plastic bread bag. The only restriction is that it must have contained a bread product.Ā

For example:ā€¢ Sliced breadā€¢ Wrapsā€¢ Pancakesā€¢ Bread rollsā€¢ Pizza bases.Ā

Ā

See below for more information on what we can recycle through Wonder. We canā€™t wait to start collecting with you! This is truly a Win-Win endeavour as we are recycling as well as potentially getting new resources for our school. And you might even earn a certificate of appreciation along the wayĀ
