What an amazing start to Term 3 it has been at Somerville Primary School. The students have settled back in well and we are all excited for the term ahead. There are a number of fantastic activities and events happening this term such as Pyjama day, which is tomorrow. I am also looking forward to the Senior Urban Camp in week 3, which will be very exciting.

I am pleased to say that the Reading 4 Life program will be starting back at S.P.S again this year. The program will begin in week 4 and run for 15 weeks with a select group of Year 4 students. I wish everyone all the best for Term 3 and cannot wait to see all the wonderful progress our students make.

READING NIGHTS

I have continued to be super impressed with the progress students have been making with their reading nights. A number of students will reach 50, 100, 150 and the magical 200 reading nights mark, this term. Keep up the exceptional work.

ASSEMBLY AWARDS
