Languages

German

Students in Year 8 German have been learning all about animals this term! In addition to learning about the names of animals and how to describe them, students had a go at creating their own!

Pictured are other students working on an animal-themed memory game!

French

On the evening of Friday 5 August, a small group of Year 9 and Year 10 students made their way to Sacré-Coeur for the Association of French Teachers in Victoria’s Soirée Trivia, a trivia night aimed at getting students interacting in French.

There was yummy food, silly moustaches, music, questions on a variety of topics and lots of fun had by all!

Student Testimonial

Sacre-Coeur

Before going to Sacre-Coeur, we were all nervous about this new experience, however, when we arrived it was all worth it. We met a variety of different people, had tasty food, and learnt all about France. My favourite part of the evening was meeting all the people from Koonung on our table and building those relationships through our French knowledge and connection.
