Capital Works update

Current Progress (completed last fortnight)

• Trusses completed -
• Timber roof battens - 1/3 complete 
• Window frames - 80% installed - Pearcedale road works complete
• Miscellaneous framing underway

Anticipated works for Next Fortnight 

• Miscellaneous roof and wall framing to be completed 
• Roof battening to be completed 
• Roof sheeting measure to commence 
• External wall starting to commence 
• Eastern civil works to commence 
• Plumbing, electrical and mechanical rough-in to commence 
• Roof sheet measure-up (installation on Sat 20th) 
• Final framing inspection from the Building Surveyor 
• Works associated with changing site access to near the Multipurpose building 

LIBRARY UPDATE

As part of the Capital Works our HUB - Library and Google Studio will also be undergoing a transformation. Many thanks to the team of volunteers who have packed up the library resources in order for it to be emptied. This was a mammoth task!  Thanks for your help.
