Marian College Careers Website

Important Information Section

Marian College provides our community with a comprehensive Careers Website that can assist families to stay up to date with current information from the many Universities/TAFEs and private providers of education. A feature of the Careers Website is the ‘Calendar of Events’ which highlights events over the course of the year. Important events such as University Open Days, Experience Days, Preparation and application sessions and VTAC dates. It is an easy way to register for events as it provides links that direct you to the university website. Another important feature of the Calendar is a function that can alert you to particular up-coming events through a message to your email address. This way you are kept informed of events that are of particular interest to your daughter as she prepares for the coming year. If your daughter is a Senior student at Marian College, then this Calendar is an essential tool in ensuring you do not overlook an application closing date or the opportunity to secure a scholarship. It will also assist you to navigate through the abundance of information pertaining to Universities and career options. The calendar is color coded and can easily be set so you receive information specific to your daughter’s focus, whether it be University life, Tafe, the Defence Force and the like.
