NAIDOC Week 2023 

On Monday, Holy Family celebrated NAIDOC Week for 2023. NAIDOC stands for National Aboriginal and Islander Day's Observance Committee and aims to promote cultural awareness, activism and celebration. 

The theme of 2023 is For Our Elders - celebrating the wisdom, strength and struggles of previous generations. 

Senior School students presented at our Monday Assembly. 

After reflecting on the messages of the theme this year, senior students then wrote prayers thanking God for the elders of our First Nation community and asking for continued collaboration, understanding and tolerance.
