Community Communication
Newsletters
From term 2 newsletters will be sent out to the Fairhills High School community three times a term.
New website
A school’s website is an essential method to communicate to the local and broader community. A school website should reflect the school’s identity and purpose, (who we are, what we do and why we do it). The school recognised in 2020 that the current website needs a major overhaul as it currently does not reflect the amazing learning environment that the school provides. We have hired a professional website developer and they have been working closely with a team of staff members led tirelessly by Silvana La Leggia. The aim is for the website to be user-friendly, have compelling up-to-date content and aesthetically pleasing. Once online please feel free to critique it for us and send us your thoughts.
Facebook page
The school also keeps an up-to-date Facebook page that focuses on the activities and celebrations at the school. We welcome you to follow our page. If there is anything you wish the school to recognise (no matter how big or small) please email the school.
Community forums and workshops
In term 2 the Principal is looking to gain a deeper understanding of the needs of the school community. In the next Newsletter, information will be sent out explaining how you can be a part of these sessions. Please stay tuned.
