Sport Report

Mid term sport update - we have had an extremely busy semester of sport with a record number of teams participating. This is pleasing in light of the COVID lockdown in 2020 which had an unfortunate impact our ability to participate.

We are delighted to report that Simone, Year 12 student at PHSC, placed first at the Victorian State Track and Field Championships in the U20 3000m

Girls Soccer Team Coach's report - Ilka Gregory (Year 11)

On the 6th of May the intermediate girls' soccer team competed against 3 high schools from the area for interschool sports day. We had an impressive turnout of 20 girls from years 9 and 10 all working together to bring home the victory for our school. We will nowbe competing in regionals on the 11th of August. We played 3 games against much larger school populations, winning them all! Our first was against Uni High School with a 3-1 win, after that we played Melbourne Girls College B team and won 9-0 securing our spot in the final which we then won 2-1 against their A team.
