Mirimbah Camp  

In 2020, whilst we were unable to visit our camp at Sawmill Settlement near Mt Buller due to Covid-19 and lockdown, the Victorian School Building Authority has funded the removal of asbestos from the site. School Council approved and funded an extension of the project to add insulation and new roof and wall cladding, new windows and doors to all our buildings. To reduce bushfire risk and potential limb fall, some tree and vegetation removal has occurred consistent with our regular expert arboriculture reports and funded by the Department of Education's Bushfire at Risk Register .

We are pleased to report that there will be further upgrade works in mid 2021 to make Mirimbah campus more inclusive and accessible with the installation of ramps and an upgraded accessible bathroom.
