Sport & Physical Eduation

Hi Everyone and welcome to Term 2 Physical Education.

 

This term I will set different activities each week for students to complete.  Some of the activities students will be able to do on their own; others they will need a family member to assist. 

 

If students don’t have the equipment I suggest, please look around your home for something similar.  For example, rather than a ball use a rolled up pair of socks.  Instead of a hurdle use a box, rolled up jumper or stack of cushions.  Just do the best you can.

 

We will cover a variety of topics over the term.  Coaching points will be supplied to help improve skill level.  Remind students to develop both sides of their bodies.  For example, throw with your right hand 10 times then with your left hand 10 times.  Have regular drink breaks – water. J

 

Please, excuse my technology blunders over the term – all part of the Term 2 fun. J If students have any concerns they can contact me via Google Classrooms and parent through Compass email.  I work Mondays and Tuesdays and will respond to emails (most probably) on these days.
