Positive Education

Well-being for you and your child

Managing your workspaces

Whilst we are working or learning from home it is important to ensure that we have set ourselves up at a manageable location so that we look after our mental and physical well-being. Check out this article for some tips on how to manage you and your work space.

If you have not as yet checked out our well-being hub, please click this link (Mullum Primary School), or go to our website. There is a variety of information there regarding how to talk to your child about Covid-19, about looking after you and your child’s well-being, the benefits of focusing on kindness, gratitude and mindfulness and how to do this, along with activities your child can participate in whilst at home.

On our website and below I have included two links below regarding some events which are being held discussing you and your child’s well-being. These are facilitated by the Institute of Positive Education, whom are an extremely professional and well-resourced institute. They have introduced Positive Education to Australia and are now a world leader in the field running many professional seminars around the world. The information about this session is below.
