Winners are Grinners

The Girton Table Tennis teams have continued on from their great form last year and in this year’s ICCES competition they not only won the Shield for the fourth year in a row, they also won ALL FOUR competitions for the first time. All players played their part at various stages, invariably coming through when the pressure was on. A big thank you must go to our Table Tennis Coach Mr Paul Green, who has developed a very strong club and is gaining a reputation of turning beginners into champions and also to our Table Tennis Captains Isaac Green and Annaliese Broom.

Without exception the Girton Grammar School Table Tennis Teams we’re polite, cheerful and showed exemplary behaviour while still managing to win all their matches. They are all to be congratulated on their fabulous win.
