RHSports Uniform Shop Now Open
With lockdown restrictions easing we are happy to announce that the Uniform Shop at 12/100 New St, Ringwood is back open for in person purchases with some new restrictions.
For the health and safety of both our Customers and Employees, the shop will be open to one family group at a time. Should there already be customers in the store we ask that you wait outside.
The store is now a CASHLESS STORE, EFTPOS transactions will be the only acceptable method of purchase. We have also closed the change rooms and sample sizes will not be able to be tried on by students in the short term.
We have also made some changes in the shop including perspex screens at the registers and hand sanitisers supplied. We ask that parents please apply this as you enter the store.
Online ordering continues as normal with all delivery options available including contactless pick up as previously mentioned.
We have seen a HUGE increase in sales over the past 2 weeks since the government announcement of school going back. We anticipate that this will probably occur again with the commencement of G3-6 next week.
Canteen
The school canteen reopens on Tuesday 9th June. Only online lunch orders are available. NO CASH orders at this time. We have attached the online ordering information, for you to set up an online account if you haven't already done so. There will be no recess snacks. Please note the menu has been modified for the remainder of term 2.
School Sports Victoria Virtual Cross Country
Unfortunately we missed this years RNPS Whole School Cross Country. A chance for student to have fun, showcase their abilities and get involved in their house colours. We have the second best option for you to have a go at. Why not have a go at a virtual cross country.
Attached is a link that will take you to the SSV Virtual Cross Country. All the details are included and it is important you read them to understand the process. It is a chance to walk/run for a new personal best or just fitness and fun. Totally optional for all! Happy running/walking!

SECOND HAND UNIFORMS
Secondhand uniforms are still available to purchase from the school.
The shop will be open on Tuesday and Thursday Mornings from 9:00 - 9:30am.
Come into the office to purchase as the shop has been moved to the Administration area.
2020 CSEF (Camps, Sport & Excursions Fund)
Please note that if you applied for CSEF last year you do not need to reapply this year. However, if your circumstances have changed please advise the office.
Eligibility
On the first day of term one (28 January 2020) or the first day of term two (14 April 2020), a parent or legal guardian of a student must:
- be an eligible beneficiary of one of these cards:
- Veterans Affairs Gold Card
- Centrelink Health Care Card
- Pensioner Concession Card
- OR they must be a temporary foster parent
- OR the student is 16 years or older and holds a valid concession card (such as a Youth Allowance Health Care Card)
- AND the parent or legal guardian must submit an application by the due date.
Parents who receive a carer allowance on behalf of a child, or any other benefit or allowance not income tested by Centrelink, are not eligible for the CSEF unless they also comply with the above.
Eligibility will be determined when the parent’s concession card successfully validates with Centrelink on either the first day of term one or term two.
If the eligible card is in the name of the student, the fund is only granted to that student, not their siblings.
Prep students who receive the fund are also able to get support for school uniforms. The application process for your Prep child to receive assistance with school uniforms will open in Term 2 or Term 3. You will be notified by the school when the package is available.
