CELEBRATING OUR FAITH

The Most Sacred Heart of Jesus
This Friday 19 June is the feast of the Sacred Heart of Jesus. It is a special feast day for our Parish and we pray for our Parish community and all its members. The feast of the heart of Jesus invites us to consider our own sense of being in relationship with God. This day reminds us of Jesus’ warm, compassionate and tender love that he has for everyone. We are all asked to bring the love of Jesus to everyone that we meet. We can see Jesus in the way we care, help, guide and listen to other people.
Class liturgies
In the past, classes have taken it in turns to lead a Mass or prayer celebration at Sacred Heart Church. Though due to Covid-19 restrictions, we have been unable to do so. To finish this term, two classes - 3/4G and Year 10, will be having a special class liturgy in the AV Room in weeks 8 and 9.
This will be a lovely opportunity for individual classes to come together in prayer while also praying for our larger school community.
God Bless and take care,
