Wellbeing

Being a parent is tough!  There is no escaping that.  Add COVID-19, lockdowns and remote learning to the mix and it makes it even more difficult. To help, we will be inserting 'Parenting Ideas' articles into our newsletters from now on.  These parenting ideas are sourced from Michael Grose. Michael is a bestselling author of 12 parenting books and an award-winning speaker. He is a former primary school teacher with 15 years experience and a parenting educator with 30 years experience. Michael holds a Master of Educational Studies from Monash University specialising in parenting education, a Bachelor of Education and a Diploma of Primary Teaching from SCV Toorak (now Deakin). He is a member of the Professional Speakers Australia Hall of Fame, receiving their Educator of the Year award in 2013.

Each fortnight we will include an article from Michael, or from one of his experts. Feel free to use or discard his ideas as you and your family see fit.  Some ideas may be useful to you, others may not apply.  Either way, they are great topics and very interesting food for thought. As a taste, this edition we have included an article titled: Find your tribe written by expert Kate Johnson. Simply click on the photo below and enlarge the size to suit, or download the attachment.

We would love to hear your feedback on these articles in time to see if you find them useful.
