A Book Shelf in the Classroom

By Klara

This is Mimi. Every day and every night Mimi is so tired because she always has to hold more and more things that are so heavy. Sometimes she has to eat books because humans put books in her mouth. Mimi hates when humans put food in her mouth but sometimes it tastes so good.

A Locker

By Ashwin

Every day, people come and throw food in my mouth. I hear them call it gab. I have eighteen siblings and it is so noisy. Sometimes, people shove their hand in my mouth and make me vomit gab. Sometimes, we walk around and eat other gabs, I think food might be called bags.

A Couch

By Hollie

Hi! I’m Fred. I stay in one spot all day and get sat on. I get sat on by big people and little people all day. I have holes for ears and I can hear all their conversations. They talk about me. “Don’t jump on the couch kids” or “I need to sit on the couch.” When I hear the second, I freak out.

At least I am not the T.V. Being turned on and off all day sounds exhausting.

Pet Talk! If our Pets could talk, what would they say about us?

By Monica

Dogey greeted Hamburger. “Hi Hamburger! It’s nice to see you again.”

“Hi Dogey! How has your new owner been so far? Hamburger asked.

“Monica has been playing fetch with me and giving me treats!”

Dogey was excited to be talking about the topic of owners.

“You’re lucky, I play fetch but I have to lay off the treats!” Hamburger exclaimed.
