Student COVID-19 Vaccination Certificates

If your child is fully vaccinated, we encourage you to email their Immunisation History Statement (accessible via your online Medicare account) to covidcert@girton.vic.edu.au

Vaccination Immunisation History Statements, which show COVID-19 vaccinations, will be uploaded securely to the school database. 

This is not currently a Government or a school requirement. However, several parents have contacted the school wanting to provide their child’s COVID-19 vaccination certificate. 

For some school events held in the community, including various co-curricular sports, excursions and Physical Education classes, student vaccination certificates will be required in the future.
