Students from VCE Unit 2 Food Studies were set the challenge of creating a celebration cake and here are their creations.
Puff Pastry Share tree.
The year 10 Global Kitchen students wrapped up their final week of Food activities creating puff pastry Share trees.
Students selected fillings such as pesto and cheese, tomato salsa or garlic herbs and cheese. Everyone enjoyed the light and crisp savoury treat.
Note: This share tree can also be made with a sweet filling such as jam/ Nutella.
