Congratulations to students who have been recognised by staff for their demonstration of one or many of the 6 Learning Powers celebrated at SMDP.

During Monday's whole school the following students were acknowledged and their learning described so we all know why they are worthy recipients of our awards and applause.

P/1C | Fateh | For being a collaborative learner who has returned to onsite learning with a drive to make new friends and to offer a helping hand to anyone who needs it. He always has a positive attitude towards learning and is a fabulous role model to others. He never leaves people out and always encourages others to join in games and activities! What an amazing friend you are Fateh! |

2S | Vanshika | For being a reflective learner who takes on teacher feedback to make improvements to her learning, particularly in maths. She has remained motivated throughout remote learning, always completing extra challenges. Well done Vanshika! |
3/4L | Jonathan | For being a resilient learner and attending his Maths Live sessions in remote and flexible learning last week. He always attempts his learning tasks to the best of his ability and asks questions to improve his work. Well done Jonathan! |
