Within the College we promote and nurture the values of Courage, Compassion and Justice. These are high aspirations but so very important to remember as we hurtle towards the end of what has been another strange year. To be courageous is to be flexible, resilient, and fearless; to show compassion is to walk in the shoes of others and be empathetic to people and situations; to have a sense of justice is to be fair, open and harmonious - all values that resound clearly to us as a community. As you race through the next few weeks juggling the many activities, invitations and stresses, remind yourselves about how you have embraced and will embrace being courageous, compassionate and just.
If you can’t fly then run, if you can’t run then walk, if you can’t walk then crawl, but whatever you do you have to keep moving forward.
Martin Luther King Jr.
