The Victorian Careers & Employment Expo and WorldSkills Australia 2023 National Championships and Skills Show which will be held at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre on 17 - 19 August 2023. 

This event will provide a unique chance for your students to learn, witness and try exciting new career pathways. With over 100 exhibitors, including universities, TAFEs, RTOs, and employers, your students will have the opportunity to gather information about internships, traineeships, apprenticeships, and employment, and gain valuable insights and resources to support their career objectives.

 

Your students can even test out potential careers at over 20 Try-a-Skill booths which will provide them with the opportunity to explore and experience various trades and skills that will be showcased at the event. Additionally, they can engage with teachers, trainers, apprentices and professionals – all aimed at providing students with the information they need to make a well-informed decision about future career pathways.

 

Best of all, your students will have a unique opportunity to witness more than 55 skills on display and watch Australia's top apprentices and students compete in skill-based contests, making it the largest showcase of trades and skills in the country. The competition showcases an array of skills including Cyber Security, Cloud Computing, Business Services, Healthcare, Hairdressing, Bricklaying and Cookery.
