OSHC - The girls catching up after school

What's Happening

Bookings for the January Holiday Program 2020 opened on the 11th November 2019.  The forms can be collected from the Parent Desk in the OSHC room.  If you have any questions, please see Maree, Jamie or Marissa.

Please be mindful that 27th January 2020 is a Public Holiday, 28th January 2020 will be a Pupil Free Day and the first day of Term 1 is the 29th January 2020.  You will be notified early in December to register your intent to use the Pupil Free Day on the 28th January 2020.

There is also a flyer at the Parent desk requesting notification if your child/ren will be on school camp from 11th to the 13th December.  It would be helpful if you could let us know if they will attend Before School Care on the 11th and/or After School Care on the 13th.

We would appreciate your response to this survey https://www.surveymonkey.com/rBVCTZ7M by 6th December 2019.  This will give us an insight on your thoughts of the operational aspect of the program.

Thank you to those that have already responded.  Your answers have been taken on board.  We have surveyed the children and also been given their feedback which does not necessarily correlate.  We will try to decipher between the different responses once the survey has closed.

Some parents are concerned about the toys being dirty.  We would like to reassure you that all our toys, dress-ups, blankets etc are cleaned on a regular basis and when necessary.

Afternoon Snack - a variety of at least 4  fruits is provided during the Winter months with additional in the warmer months. Children can request additional fruit at our snack time. The program provides a snack and not a meal.  If your child/ren have told you that they do not have enough to eat at our snack time, please provide additional food to meet their needs.  Some of the requests received are not in line with our healthy eating plan.

If parents have any concerns please speak to Maree, Marissa or Jamie.
