Year 7 Retreat

Our Year 7 2022 cohort attended a retreat day at the MAAC on Friday 23 February.

The Mission and Faith Leaders, Grace and Bronte, were accompanied by Sport and Recreation Leader, Gus McPherson and Environment and Sustainability Leader, Chevy Thorburn also attened the retrated . 

The Student Leaders facilitated all the activities for the year 7 students... and it was so much fun! The theme of the day was building relationships. Students were arranged into groups based on characteristics of heroes and also into their houses. Giants, wizards and elves was one of the favourite activities.

To round out the day, students participated in a liturgy where they identified role models in their lives. The wonderful Mr King and Miss Thorburn came over to play live music. We can't wait for the next retreat day!
