ASRC Food Drive
Asylum Seeker Resource Centre (ASRC)
During Term 2, the school is running a food drive for the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre (ASRC). The ASRC is an organisation which provides material assistance and services to refugees seeking asylum in Australia.
Thank you so much to the families, students and staff that have already made contributions to the FHS/ASRC food drive.
House totals so far are as follows:
Red House - 17 items
Blue House - 06 items
Green House - 22 items
Yellow House - 16 items
Please remember to put a house colour dot on your item before depositing in the boxes outside the General Office.
Particularly needed items are as follows:
- tuna in oil 400g
- tinned tomatoes 400g
- tinned vegetable peas, corn, carrots, coconut cream
- honey small bottles
- black tea bags
- pasta 500g packs, penne, spirals, shells
- full cream UHT milk 1 litre
- soap bars
- dishwashing liquid 1 litre
- shampoo
- conditioner
