k/1 and 1/2 Learning

The students in Years k/1/2 recently went on an excursion to the Cockington Green Gardens. They looked at different miniature buildings from around the world with great interest. This excursion was part of their project “ Special Places” in which they learnt about the significance of special places in their lives. The students also used a range of visula arts techniques to make miniture sculptures of their own special places.  There are lots of bedrooms, some beaches and even a gaming room.  All of the art works will be on display in the Learning Hub from Tuesday the 1st of June.  Please drop in and have a look.
