Learning Power Award Recipients
Congratulations to students who have been recognised by staff for their demonstration of one or many of the 6 Learning Powers celebrated at SMDP.

During Monday's online whole school the following students were acknowledged and their learning described so we all know why they are worthy recipients of our awards and applause.

P/1S | Xavier | To Xavier, for being a motivated and engaged learner who always gives time and effort when completing his learning tasks. Xavier, it is wonderful to see how much you have grown this year, and the amount of effort and attention to detail you give to all of your learning tasks is evidence of your growing motivation and pride. Great effort! |
P/1C | Travis | For being an extremely motivated learner who is always engaged, focussed and willing to invest time and effort into his learning tasks. He always shows up to google meets on time and has been a real positive assist to our learning community. |

2S | Charit | For being a reflective learner who used teacher feedback to go back and edit his work to create an amazing narrative story. Well done Charit! |
3/4L | Giorgio | For being a motivated learner by always striving to complete his tasks in detail. Giorgio always explains his thinking like a good Mathematician during Maths live sessions to show his understanding. Keep up the great work Giorgio! |
3/4SL | Himanish | For being a creative learner who experiments with different processes in order to construct various designs such as a dragon costume for his Inquiry Presentation. |
