Helping Children Transition back to School

With the return to onsite learning for all of our students over the coming weeks it is beneficial to talk to your children about how they are feeling and some of the changes that they may see at school i.e: students wearing masks. It is important to begin setting structure and routine into your child’s day to help them prepare for a full day of schooling eg: bedtime routine. I have included an article from the Australian Psychological Society as it has some great tips to assist you in preparing your children to come back to school.
