Learning Hub and Wellbeing Update

'The Hub has become a real asset in our school, highly valued by staff and students alike.'

As we anticipate the return to onsite schooling and yet another transition period for our children it is important that we are mindful of the journey they have been on over the last 18 months. Children will respond differently to returning back to school.

As a parent, it is natural to feel apprehensive about your child returning to school and how well your child will transition after being at home for yet another extended period. Many children will have enjoyed remote learning, and some will feel anxious about returning. These feelings are very natural for children as they encounter another big change. It is our job as parents to listen, empathise, reestablish a good routine and talk positively about the return to school.

Fortunately, there are many reliable resources out there that can help with information and advice with the return to school for your child. Please check out the links below to some great articles with great strategies and tips on making the transition period as easy as it can be.
