Congratulations to students who have been recognised by staff for their demonstration of one or many of the 6 Learning Powers celebrated at SMDP.

During Monday's online whole school the following students were acknowledged and their learning described so we all know why they are worthy recipients of our awards and applause.

Rishon, it has been fantastic to see you continually grow as a learner, by developing your independence and ensuring your work is completed to a high standard. Well done on a fantastic start to the term! |
P/1C | Madison | For being a motivated learner who always takes responsibility for her learning. She has come into Term 4 with a positive, energetic attitude and gives us all a laugh in each google meet with her hilarious voices! We can't wait to see you back in the classroom Madison! |

2S | Charlotte | For being a motivated learner who is becoming more independent during home learning. She is focussed and engaged during our live maths lessons and pushes herself to complete the challenges. Well done Charlotte on being a role model during our live lessons! |
3/4L | Aeryn | For being a creative learner by presenting an in-depth explanation of Global Warming through her poster and model to represent her learning of the impact this has on our environment. Well done Aeryn! |

P/1S | Frankie | For being a creative learner who always thinks outside of the box when completing learning tasks. Frankie it has been great to see you explore your imagination in the first week back of 'onsite learning' this term, you always take your time with your work and make sure that it is your best effort. You should be very proud of how well you have started your first week back at school! |
P/1C | Nicholas | For being a creative learner who tries his best to make his writing exciting and engaging. He uses words of the week and creative sentence starters from around the room to engage the reader. He has been trying his best to put full effort into writing tasks and as a result has created many interesting pieces of work in school this week! Well done Nicholas! |
