Experience day: Friday 23 February 9am - 3pm
Spend all day immersed in real-life ADF scenarios, experiencing our weapons and equipment, and learning about the huge variety of jobs available.
- Test your mission planning skills and aptitude in a simulated military evacuation scenario
- See if you can improvise an effective stretcher using common military items
- Take the controls of advanced aircraft in our flight simulators
- Navigate your way safely through a simulated minefield
- Get behind the wheels of high-tech military vehicles
- Attend information sessions covering trade training and roles, and studying at the Australian Defence Force Academy
At the Expo, you can also explore all the areas of employment available, including administration, aviation, combat, engineering, healthcare, HR, ICT, law, logistics, security, technical roles, transport and general trades.
