As we finish up Term 3, I would like to thank our CSRs for their time in organising events for us. To the CSRs who are passing on the role to their compatriots - thank you. If you are starting as a new team member for Term 4, welcome.

 

It has also been a busy Term for the SHUS team and Coordinator Briohny Marshall;  Hospitality Coordinator Janine Mitchell; Treasurer Wendy McManamny and Community Relations Officer, Deb Duce.  For all you do behind the scenes and for the great team effort, thank you.

Sign-ups 2019

The 2019 sign-up for PFA nominations, roles and CSRs will open on 8 October.  We welcome your input in 2019 and encourage you to help us continue to contribute to the strong community environment at Kilvington.

 

Treasurer PFA 2019

We are looking to fill our Treasurer role for 2019 as Wendy will be taking another role next year. For details of the position and handover, please email ck.ten@hotmail.com or catch up with Wendy.

2018 Last General Meeting

This is on 16 October, 7.30 - 8.30pm in the Staff Lounge.  Come along and find out what’s on offer for 2019.

 

Kilvington Fare and Open Day 2019 - Meeting 1 

Our first meeting for sharing ideas and information on leading a stall or helping will be in the evening on 23 October. The Fare is to be held on Saturday 16 March, 11.00am - 3.00pm.

Fair Planning

Strawberries Are In Season!

Fair planning is under way, and strawberries are in season. The most popular fair jam! Please consider buying a few punnets/trays and freezing them ready for our jamming day. The process is simple – wash, remove stalk, cut berry in half, freeze with air removed in a Ziploc bag. Thank you in advance. 

 

Fundraiser Stalls 

Books, toys, games and puzzles are needed for our fundraiser stalls. Drop off days will be arranged for Term 4. Thank you.
