Year 7 Camp 2019

At the start of week Three this term, the Year Seven cohort went to Ern Halliday campsite for camp. The camp ran for three days and everyone had a great time doing a wide range of activities including pump track biking, building a tower to climb out of milk crates, orienteering, kayaking, big swing, archery, and team building activities. Students learnt a lot about one another, and the teachers got to know the newest addition to the high school community through the activities, free time, and meals.

There were also two devotions from Mr. Taylor, who spoke about relationships- both with God and in community. He gave us plenty to think about and to put into practice.

The teachers would like to thank the students for their positive attitude to the camp and the  high standard of behaviour they set. We’re looking forward to getting to know you better this year!
