Dear Parents and Carers,

There has been some activity on the P&F front with the first meeting of the year being held last week, the Fundraising Survey results coming in and the Year Group Lists being created. We hope these provide strong foundations for planning wonderful things in the year ahead.

Year Group Contact Lists

These lists are being finalised and will be sent out via the Year Group Representatives in the coming week. We hope you are able to forge many new relationships by using these lists.

It is important to be mindful that the contact lists are collated from families who agreed to share their details with other families within their year group. They are only to be shared between the people who have opted in. They are not to be distributed outside the group or used for commercial or marketing purposes. Please check your details carefully once you receive a copy of the list. If amendments are required, please advise the P&F Secretary (pandfsecretary@kws.nsw.edu.au) within 7 days and the list will be redistributed.

P&F Meeting

The first P&F meeting of 2022 was held on Wednesday 16 February with 36 people in attendance by Zoom and in person. The minutes of this meeting will be distributed to the school community via email very soon.

P&F Annual General Meeting

The P&F Annual General Meeting is scheduled for 7pm Wednesday 16 March. The agenda for the AGM will be distributed in the bulletin a week prior to the meeting.

Fundraising Survey Results

Thank you again to everyone who took the time to complete the recent Fundraising Survey. To include everyone and give appropriate consideration to the results we have invited the Year Group Representatives to meet with the P&F Executive and Auxiliary next week to discuss and maintain momentum. Please get in touch with your Year Group Representatives if you have ideas and missed the Fundraising Survey.
