Geography in TED

Students have been exploring a range of different landscapes to understand internal and external processes that form them and transform them.  In groups, having focused on one landscape in particular, they developed an installation to teach their peers about their different focus areas. 

We had creations including volcano cakes, glacial ice melts, virtual coastal cliffs and hydraulic tectonic plate action. Coming up next is our inquiry and an excursion to the Yarrangobilly Caves.  Geography is awesome!
