Mater Chef

Over the duration of 2.5 hours, hospitality students were required to present an entree, main and dessert.

It was a fun afternoon with students competing in teams. A tough job for the judges who were lucky enough to sample and critique the food!

Entree - Quiche Lorraine

Main - Rib eye steak with duchess potatoes, honey glazed carrots, saute greens and bearnaise sauce

Dessert - Vanilla cheesecake with lemon curd and blueberries
