National Apology

On Monday we commemorated the 15th Anniversary of the National Apology to the Stolen Generations.15 years ago, the Australian Government acknowledged and apologised for the pain and lifelong trauma inflicted upon Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander people through the forced removal of children from their families, community, Country and culture. Each year, we use today to pay our respects to the Stolen Generations and reflect on the strength and determination of our people.
