VACSWIM
VACSWIM SA is South Australia's most renowned summer holiday program giving our kids (aged 3-12) confidence in and around the water! Programs are offered as 5-day blocks across over 120 locations so there's bound to be one near you.
2022/23 VACSWIM Locations and Dates!
VACSWIM is held as 5-day blocks (Monday to Friday) across January & December school holidays.
The 2022/23 season block dates are as follows:
Block 1: 19th to 23rd December 2022
Block 2: 2nd to 6th January 2023 (please note: this includes the public holiday)
Block 3: 9th to 13th January 2023
Block 4: 16th to 20th January 2023

Christmas Celebrations - carols at Norton Summit (practices and events)
Singing together is so wonderful (no talent or experience required!)
We welcome you to join us in enthusiastically practising Australian and other carols and enjoying the most beautiful sunsets...
From 7.15pm to 8.30pm (at St John's Norton Summit - see below for details)

Bring a neighbour, your parents, partner, children (from 9 years of age up for practice) or a friend!
We then have two celebrations: songs, puppet show, gathering with connection. Please come even if you never made it to practice!

History book for sale
Have you seen the new Uraidla book written by local historian Geoffrey Bishop on behalf of the East Torrens Historical Society? It tells the story of the Uraidla township, from the beginning to current day and is a fascinating read!
Books are $35 and there are copies for sale at the Front Office.
