Course Confirmation 2022

Setting up for success in 2023

Last term we worked together (students, tutors & parents) on course investigation, planning and selection for 2023. The final stage of this process is a day known as Course Confirmation day. 

On this day, students are given a time to have a short meeting with their tutor where together they will:

• Reflect on achievements for 2022 and discuss opportunities to support confidence and success
• Receive your subject allocation for 2023
• Confirm the course selections and discuss next steps if any changes are requested

These appointments are with students and tutors only. Parents who would like to be involved in the conversation should ask their child to call them at the time of the appointment.

All families have been sent an email with their course confirmation appointment time.

Below is the schedule of the two days and what rooms Connect classes will be in for their appointment.

Thursday 24 November: 

• Year 10 2022 (going into Year 11 2023) 
• Year 11 2022 (going into Year 12 2023) 

Friday 25 November: 

• Year 8 2022 (going into Year 9 2023) 
• Year 9 2022 (going into Year 10 2023) 

A reminder there will be no Year 10 classes running Thursday 24 November and no Year 8 or 9 classes running on Friday 25 November.
