Year 11 

Our Year 11 students have shown dedication and resilience over the last couple of weeks with finishing their Unit 2 exams and beginning two weeks of Commencement classes into Year 12. 

They have adapted to representing the school as the leaders within the College, adjusted to their new timetables and have been eager to engage with the learning of their Year 12 Program. Students are encouraged to complete all set tasks over the holiday period so they can return to the 2023 school year organised and ready to get straight back into the classroom, setting their year up to be successful. 

Year 12 Camp

Year 12 Camp 2023 is fast approaching, and the majority of the cohort has returned their permission and medical forms. This camp is a fantastic way to begin their Year 12 journey and make memories and friendships that will make their final year of school one to remember. The camp covers study skills and will allow students to set some goals for their final year whilst being supported by their peers. The final cut off date to give permission for camp is Friday 25 November at 11:59 pm.

Year 12 

The Year 12 Graduation Evening was held at GMHBA stadium on Tuesday 22 November to celebrate the hard work and success of our Year 12 cohort. All students in attendance celebrated with their friends, family and staff in a positive manner which truly reflected the year level they were. The evening saw glamour, laughter and was an opportunity to create another memory of secondary school that they will take into their futures. A highlight from the evening was the photo slideshow showing the transformation of all students across their time at NGSC. Photos that were taken on the night will be available for students to see very soon. 

We would like to wish all of our Year 12 students every success in their future ambitions and we look forward to hearing about the journey in which life takes you on.
