"Coming together is a beginning.  Keeping together is progress.

Working together is success".  - Henry Ford

Teamwork is when a group of people link up to complete or achieve  a common goal.  Good teamwork means that the task will get done efficiently and usually requires humility, respect and flexibility.  Group activities are often aided by leadership, but only when the participants respect the leader.

It's normal to feel like your ideas are the best or most logical, but teamwork is only possible when you are willing to listen to others and humbly work with them to achieve the group's objective.

By practicing be a team player, we can participate in making the world a better place.  Big change is never from the efforts of one person acting alone.  Displaying teamwork also provides experience for the people in your group, helping them develop and show that you value them, their opinion and their contribution.  These combined efforts always lead to a stronger sense of community.

Thinking honestly, ask yourself, "Am I a good team player?".
