Library

Thank you so much to all those who have donated a book or game through our Book Registry - they are very gratefully received.  The new monopoloy game has been borrowed out by classes and small groups regularly and I practically had to break up a scrum of enthusiastic Year 7 readers when the AFL Season Guide 2022 arrived!

Our years 7-9 are looking forward to attending the student sessions at the  Mount Beauty Writer's Festival next Friday - Carly Nugent is a popular author in our library and we are hoping to get in some books by Amelia Mellor and James Phelan.  We don't often have the opportunity to meet the authors of books in our library so this should be an excellent experience for our students.

If you are able to help us grow our library - we would gratefully appreciate it. Please see our gift list of books/games that have been selected by students and staff. Through this online registry you can purchase a book/game online and have the item sent directly to our School Library. You also have the option to buy the item elsewhere (maybe it's cheaper/easier for you to purchase at Kmart or Dymocks?  We don't mind at all!). If you click on the book you can let us know that you bought it elsewhere so it can update our gift list. A note will be placed in all books with the donor's name and message (or it can remain an anonymous gift).

The gift of a book or game might be a lovely gift from a parent, grandparent, relative, ex-student or community member. It is a wonderful way to stay in touch and have a direct, positive impact on our whole school community.  Our list will be regularly updated so please come back and view anytime or share with those near and far.

Thank you! Let's get reading!!
