🌭🎂What a weekend!
A HUGE thank you to Emily & Ben Harnett, and George Ma for co-ordinating the Cake Stall & the Sausage Sizzle.
An amazing 150 egg & bacon rolls, 50kg of sausages and countless cakes, slices and biscuits were sold on Saturday. It really was a huge effort by all parents and staff to make it a success. Thanks to everyone who dropped off cakes, slices and biscuits the night before and on the day - we have some superb bakers!
On top of Dayna, Emily, Heloise, Lisa, Amy, Leonie and Andrea who helped wrap cakes the night before, we also had Ian, Gavin, Andy, Andrew, David, Lachlan, Gareth, Sarah, Wayne, Aaron, Belinda, Kirsty, Heloise, Miranda, Deb, Lisa, Sarah, Andrea, Ebony, Ruchita, Bec & Jerri help on the day. We also had help from Ally & Keegan, Sue and Kim & Stephan - thank you! Two special mentions go to Bel who sliced 10kg of onions for the BBQ and is probably still crying (!) and our wonderful students Sophie Rosthorn and Zac Harnett, and past student Xavier Harnett.
We do it all over again in November 😆 so we look forward to seeing familiar and fresh faces for the State Election.
🍪 Cookie Dough orders have closed, and we hope to have delivery around the 7th of June. An amazing 132 tubs were sold, with Choc Chunk (32 tubs) the clear favourite, and White Raspberry (18 tubs) coming a respectable second place.
🎂 Thank you to Kerryn and Ronnie for donating prizes for the Junior & Senior Cake Raffle this week - the total combined amount was $52.10
🥣 If you are finding yourself struggling financially during this time, please don’t hesitate to reach out to Jess who is our Community Services Representative. She will maintain the strictest of privacy and can help with getting food on the table for your family. You might need help with school snacks or lunches, or even dinners for the week.
