This week in SAKG:

This week's focus is on citrus. We learned all about different varieties and that they need the cooler weather to fruit. 

Our very productive lime tree was put to great use with the students taste testing the fruit fresh from the tree. We also tried it with a little sugar and bicarb soda to create a chemical reaction on our tongues.
