Communication at St Joseph’s School

You are welcome to contact your child’s teacher via email, note in your child’s diary or via the office for more information.

Student absence MUST be communicated via the absentee line on 5983 9374 to the school by 9.00am on the day the child is absent. 

Here at St Josephs we are committed to communicating with our parents and community. We have a number of platforms that we use and each has a different purpose. This infograph is presented to assist you as a parent to understand our various platforms and become familiar with our school processes. 

We are very aware that we now live in a world that seems to be driven by information. Our efforts at communication aim to streamline these processes and we encourage you to keep informed and work with us. Our communication channels are designed to work with you in partnership and keep all of the beautiful children in our care safe.
